It is really interesting to see how accurate and meaningful our ancient scriptures and traditions are. Unfortunately barely it is recognized or interpreted accurately. Or sometime we may not be aware of it. Today I'll bring some important and amazing scientific fact the has been running through the nerves of our culture and tradition without our knowledge and was recently scientifically proven.

Did you know the "GAYATHRI MANTHRA" has been declared as the most powerful hymn of the world???

Dr. Howard Steingeril, an American scientist, collected Mantras, Hymns and invocations from all over the world and tested their strength in physiological Laboratory.

The Indian hymn produced 110,000 sound waves/second......

This was the highest and was found to be the most powerful hymn in the world. Through the combination of sound or sound waves of a particular frequency, this mantra is claimed to be capable of developing specific spiritual potentialities. The Hamburg university initiated research in to the efficacy of the Gayathri Manthra both on the mental and physical plane of creation.

The most interesting part of it is our gayathri manthra is broadcasted daily for 15 min from 7 P.M onwards over Radio Paramribo , surinam, South Amarica from the past two years and in Amsterdam , Holland from past six months.

It means..

God is dear to me like my own breath, He is the despeller of my pains and giver of happiness. I meditate on the supremely adorable Light of the divine Creator, that it may inspire my thought and understanding.

There is a history being described in Hanuman Chalisa which says Lord Hanuman jumped from earth to reach sun during his childhood thinking it as a sweet fruit.

In real terms of hanuman chalisa it was said:

“Yug sahastra yojan per bhanu

Leelyo taahi madhur phal jaanu”

It means hanuman had jumped 96000000 miles towards sun thinking it as sweet fruit.

Calculating it in mythological terms we get

1Yug=12000 years

1sahastra=1000

1 yojan=8miles

Yug x Sahastra x yojan= per bhanu

12000 x 1000 x 8 miles = 96000000 miles

In calculations of modern sciences we find

1 mile=1.6 kms

96000000miles=96000000 x 1.6kms=153600000kms

Today NASA has said that, it is the exact distance between earth and sun (bhanu) which proves lord hanuman did jump up to the sun as described in the Chalisa.

Mexico, in the early 1940s some of the US scientists gathered to test a new powerful weapon. Some believed it might be a failure. Others thought it might destroy the entire state of New Mexico. As a precaution the testing was done 5-10 miles outside the residential area. At 5:49:35 seconds the first atomic power was executed. The blast emerged a power of around 600 feet in the air and produced and explosion of 20000 tons of TNT. The mushroom cloud reached 700 miles altitude. The world had a new weapon, which left even its creator Dr.Robert shocked and shaken. But how will it be if energy of greater strength was being used thousands of years ago??

Speaking on atomic warfare of the civilisation times will sound like science fiction. But the descriptions written in the Indian epic “The Bhagavad-Gita” shows lots of similarities. Even the creator of the nuclear weapon said as he got the idea on creating a nuclear weapon by reading the Hindu script Bhagavad-Gita in the conversations of Krishna and arjuna during githopadesha. The Bhagavad-Gita which was written in the times of 2^nd and 5^th century is a massive 100 thousand word text. Dr. Robert referred to a weapon called bhramastra, mentioned in the text which killed people in bulk, which was none other than the modern nuclear weapon. The descriptions mentioned in the text about its after effects are similar to that of atomic weapons in the modern times. There is no description mentioned in text that the weapons were actually nuclear. But if see the pictures and references we can see it as it was described that the blast was equal to thousand suns put together, trees started to fly off and had a massive destruction on the soil. The people who survived lost their hairs and nails due to the radiant poisoning.

An archaeological survey of India discovered a city called Mohenjo-Daro in the southern Pakistan. The scientists have suggested that the city was found between 2600 and 1900 BC. However the scientists have suggested the city was lot older. The modern stream archaeologists suggest that the city was dead because of decrease in trade. But when the city was taken for a survey in 1920s 44 skeletons were found holding hand to each other. Their gestures make it confirmed that they suffered a massive destruction.

The soil was tested for radiation levels and was found to be lot higher than the normal level. Question emerged as why???

A British archologist found a place in Mohenjo-Daro where some stones are found to be like glass. Scientist suspected that this might be due to a process called vitufication, where a stone gets melted and attained a molten stage and then gets hardened into glass like structures. Now questions arises is the city mohenjodaro one of the city mentioned in Bhagavad-Gita??

The sand found in the place where the atomic weapons were tested in Mexico had similar structures like those found in Mohenjo-Daro. So finally it was proved that our ancestors a were so powerful that as mentioned in the ancient texts they used to hold the powerful weapons in bare hands as arrows and thus proving the weapons to be nuclear.

Silk clothes have the capacity to attract and store electro magnetic energy. With the friction between the body and the silk clothes, electric energy is produced, which gives rise to electro static attraction.

This energy, according to shastras, would act on the mind of the devotee. It is also said that the vibrations, which are generated while worshipping, are also stored by wearing the silk clothes. The external clothing, which prevents the loss of these vibrations, would work on the mind to sustain the much needed concentration. It is also said that any worship, without concentration is useless.

Why is it said that we should not sleep in the North-South direction?

It is because the earth's magnetic field is in North-South direction and this retards the blood flow through brain capillaries and affect the functioning of brain cells.

As we all know our body is a magnet with the head representing its magnetic north and feet representing its magnetic south. When one sleeps with head in South, magnetic fields from the head go towards to south of the earth and enters from the earth's north to the feet thereby forming a magnetic loop. This happens because in Magnetic theory, Opposites attracts and Likes Repel.

While when a person sleeps with his head facing the north, magnetic field of the body and earth are not in harmony and this results in the disturbed blood circulation resulting in mental unrest and a disturbed sleep. So its advised not to sleep North-South direction.

It will be a common procedure to see our parents tell each and every people to get us the holy rudraksha mala from places like haridwar, kasha, Varanasi or Mathura. We enthusiastically wear it till we step into step into the college where these will be replaced by modern and western bands and chains!!! But it’s a fact to be accepted that these holy chains get to an important part in our life in the college days and above. Why??? What is the use of wearing this???

Rudraksha malas have been used by Hindus (as well as Sikhs and Buddhists) as rosaries at least from the 10th century for meditation purposes and to sanctify the mind, body and soul. The word rudraksha is derived from Rudra (Shiva—the Hindu god of all living creatures) and aksha (eyes). One Hindu legend says that once Lord Shiva opened His eyes after a long period yogic meditation, and because of extreme fulfilment He shed a tear. This single tear from Shiva’s eye grew into the rudraksha tree. The rudraksha fruit is blue in colour but turns black when dried. The central hard rudraksha uni-seed may have 1 to 21 faces.

Composition of a Rudraksha:

Rudraksha is covered by a blue outer shell on ripening so it is also called blueberry bead. The percentage compositions of the gaseous elements present in a Rudraksha was determined by C-H-N Analyzer and by Gas chromatography. Rudraksha beads contain 50.031 % carbon, 0.95% nitrogen, 17.897% hydrogen and 30.53% oxygen. The alkaloids and flavonoids (naturally occurring amines in plants) present in the Rudraksha extracts.
